REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Job Scope
• The Regional Sales Manager leads the regional sales force and manages effectively the Distributors and his team to achieve the agreed sales and commercial objectives within approved budgetary limits through a combination of own and Distributor team activation through customer plan creation and implementation and executing the company's 4P objectives within the key trade channels.
Responsibilities
Other key responsibilities include:
• Achieve sales and 4P targets
• Develop and manage distributor and distribution network
• Deliver distribution target for core brands as well as new products within the assigned sales Region
• Deliver visibility and merchandising of RB brands in line with targets and best practice recommendation.
• Maintain and drive compliance on the optimal4P mix at store level.
• Drive execution of promotional activities to deliver profitable returns for the company
• Coach & manage a team of Sales Managers to deliver on set Sales objective.
• Identify and harness sales development opportunities within area of coverage.
• Provide bottom up sales forecasts • Gather and analyse market intelligence report and keep the business informed.
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales Marketing in an FMCG Company
• A University degree in a commercial subject from a recognised University, business studies will be an advantage.
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills,
• Capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams
• Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
• Good grasp of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies and tactics leading supported by implementation skills
• Ability to think outside the box.

AREA SALES MANAGER
Job Scope
• Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the job holder has a primary responsibility to manage customer relationships with all outlets in the assigned Area as well as achieve agreed commercial objectives through the execution of the company's 4P objectives.
Responsibilities
Other key responsibilities include:
• Achieve sales and 4Ps targets Building long term partnership with the customer Distributor Management
• Distributor Plan creation and implementation
• Execute Promotional strategy per customer
• Implement category strategy per customer
• Develop new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation
• Training and development of Distributor sales resources
Requirements
To be qualified for this position, an applicant must possess:
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Sales/ Marketing in an FMCG Company.
• A University degree in a commercial Subject from a recognised University;
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
• Good grasp of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues
• Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
• Strong analytical skills and implementation skills

TERRITORY SALES MANAGERS
Job Scope
• The Territory Sales Manager is accountable for the full scope of the company's commercial interaction with defined number of key customers and Wholesalers.
Responsibilities
Other key responsibilities include:
• Achieve sales and 4Ps targets
• Building long term partnership with the customer
• Distributor Management
• Execute Promotional strategy per customer
• Implement category strategy per customer
• Develop new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation
• Training and development of Distributor sales resources
Requirements
To be qualified for these positions, an applicant must possess:
• Minimum of 3 years experience In Sales/ Marketing and Key Account Management in an FMCG Company
• A University degree in a commercial subject from a recognised University;
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating; driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles;
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues as well as business issues/opportunities;
• Must not be older than 30years.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGERS, PHARMA
Job Scope
• Territory Sales Manager (Pharma) will be responsible for defined number of key customer and Wholesalers on the company's range of Pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
Other key responsibilities include:
• Achieve sales and 4Ps targets Building long term partnership with the customer
• Execute Promotional strategy per customer
• Implement category strategy per customer
• Develop new product launch plans and ensure successful implementation
• Manage accounts efficiently and profitably
Requirements
To be qualified for these positions, an applicant must possess
A Bachelors degree in Pharmacy;
Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing and Key Account Management in an FMCG Company
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating; driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles;
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues as well as business issues/opportunities;
Must not be older than 30 years,
Fresh Pharmacy graduates who have just completed their N.Y.S.C can also apply
