Objectives

Candidate’s Profile
• Degree in Business Administration. Higher degree and proven evidence of training in farm management and agro-processing will be added advantages.
• Proven ability of successfully managing an integrated agro-allied company.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience as CEO or top management position.

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (REF: CCO-002)

Location: Corporate Office, Benin-City Edo State
Objectives
• To oversee product development and monitor trends that indicates the need for new products and services.
• To determine pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in social or management science.
• A professional qualification in marketing and proven track record of continuous success will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in Marketing and Business Development

DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION AND FARMING OPERATIONS (REF: PFO-003)

Objectives
• To manage the entire production and operating activities of three large-scale firms efficiently and profitably.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in agricultural science and engineering is required.
• A postgraduate qualification in business administration will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in managing large-scale commercial farms and/or industrial processing.

ACCOUNTANTS (REF: ACC-004)
Location: Ekpoma & Benin-City, Edo State and Lagos
Objectives.
• To develop and implement an accounting and financial system that adds value to and protects the organisation's assets.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in social or management science, plus an accounting professional qualification are essential.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in accounting practice, particularly in the agro-allied sector.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FARM PRODUCE) {REF: MEFP-005}
Location: Corporate Office, Benin
Objectives
• To develop comprehensive .marketing strategies, using knowledge of farm produce, markets and regulation.
• Develop sales initiatives for farm produce.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in humanities or agricultural sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in marketing and business development.
• Agro-allied industry experience is essential.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (PROCESSED PRODUCTS) (REF: MEPP-006)
Location: Corporate Office, Benin-City Edo State
Objectives
• To direct the actual distribution or movement of products to the customers.
• To coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals establish sales training programmes for sales reps.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in humanities or agricultural sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in marketing and business development.
• Agro-allied industry experience is essential.

INPUT TRADING MANAGER (REF: ITM-007)
Location: Ekpoma Office, Edo State
Objectives
• To determine the demand for products and services offered by the company and its competitors and identify potential customers.
Candidate's Profile
• A first degree in the physical or agricultural sciences is required.
• Minimum of 4 years cognate experience in agro input and equipment trading.

HEAD, FARMS (REF: HOF-008)
Location: Ekpoma, Edo State
Objectives
• To direct and coordinate operations at all the farms, developing, implementing and monitoring strategic plans.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in agricultural science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in a large-scale commercial farm.

AGRONOMIST/SEED DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (REF: ASDO-009)
Location: Ekpoma, Edo State
Objectives
• To conduct research in breeding, physiology production, yield, and management of crops and agricultural plants, their growth in soil, and control of pests; or study the chemical.
• Physical and mineralogical composition of soils as they relate to plant or crop growth. May classify and map soils and investigate effects of alternative practices on soil and crop productivity.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in agronomy or related discipline.
• Experience in a similar position in a medium or large-scale farm required.

TRAINING AND EVENTS CENTRE MANAGER (REF: TCM-010)
Location: Ekpoma. Edo State
Objectives
• To formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to promote the centre and its other services.
• To offer specific training programmes and other events aimed at optimizing patronage of the centre.
Candidate's Profile
• First degree in any discipline.
• Experience in facilities, events or programme management will be an added advantage.
